So, my super awesome idea of using Picasa to upload pictures to our blog turned out to be pretty much one big, time wasting idea. On another note we updated our blogger and found out where all our page views come from. We've had 14 random views from the Netherlands so apparently we've gone international! Now, onto the pictures and update from August to now...
Many of our mornings start this way. Haddon LOVES his "Min Meets" as he calls them and there is no one he'd rather eat them with than daddy.
Every day is an adventure around here. On this particular day in Sept. Haddon learned that he can't quite climb over the support on the kitchen table. I still feel kinda bad that I grabbed the camera before I helped him out.
Haddon turned 2 at the end of Sept. I will refrain from all the cliche "where did the time go" comments, but seriously, wow!!
To celebrate we took him to a park with a carousel, kiddie train and petting zoo. Pretty sure it was one of the best days of his life thus far.
We also made him a lawnmower cake and made a mini for my dad since it was his birthday around the same time.
What do you get a 2 year old who is obsessed with tools, yard equipment and all things mechanical? A leaf blower of course!
We had many fall trips to the park.
The cousins came to visit.
We made our annual pumpkin patch trip.
Uncle Chance joined us.
The kids trick or treated for the first time. They loved it. I mean, what's not to love about dressing cute and getting free candy!
We visited Great Grandma Moon for a quick weekend in Portland.
Haddon has fed Monkey many bowls of "Min Meets"
Haddon has played endlessly with is choo choos.
We Craigslisted a tricycle for the kids. Love Craigslist! They love it too!
We celebrated Thanksgiving (Elsie's first!). It was so yummy! 4 words, Alton Brown's Turkey Recipe. Just make it, you won't be sorry!
We broke out the Christmas p.j.'s on Thanksgiving evening. Love these kids!
We made our annual trek to Ace Hardware for our Christmas tree.
We decorated it and put the star on twice.
And this picture is Matt and Haddon putting new batteries in Haddon's Thomas the train. Haddon lives for the days when his toy's batteries die and he gets to replace them with daddy. I think he leaves Thomas running around the track for long periods of time just to wear out the batteries so he can replace them. Alright, we're caught up, and I sure am hoping the pictures work this time!
