No Vacancy

We had a little visitor named Karis Lunsford, who was 8 weeks old in these pictures. Ryan and Jennie Kay visited in the middle of June for a couple days and brought their new addition. Karis was really cute and we enjoyed holding and playing with her and getting a glimpse of what life will be like for us soon.
It was great to see Ryan and Jennie Kay, who were visiting from Louisville, KY. We always have a great time when they come and miss them even more when they leave.

Our next visitors were Chris, Ashley and our nieces and nephews. They stayed with us for a couple days and then we followed them down to Monterey for a day at the Aquarium. Tahlia and Mikaela enjoyed this display of fish that were from the movie "Finding Nemo". They named a lot of the fish, since we had just played go fish with "Finding Nemo" cards.
Everyone enjoyed the wave room where a wave crashed from overhead and down the side of the glass several times a minute.

After the aquarium we went to a local park which was HUGE! There were several play structures, slides, swings, etc. It was a kid's dream park. Here is Tahlia enjoying one of the slides.

Here is Mikaela on the swings.

Here is Chris with his girls on a large bridge.

Here are our twin nephews Braden (above) and Karsten (below). They are very happy babies and already sweet little boys.

This past weekend we went up to Lake Tahoe for a little get away. It was beautiful and relaxing. We'll blog with pictures from the trip and an update of Kara (she's growing!) soon.
