Matt finally got a weekend off. We are writing this as he is on call for Orthopedics. His last day is tomorrow. He then starts working in the Emergency Department where he belongs. We had a relaxing weekend and drove down to Half Moon Bay. We stopped at Grey Whale Cove pictured above.
We walked around the town but we didn't take any pictures of that. There was a good sandwich shop that we enjoyed.
On Sunday we went over to the Maclennan's to watch the Super Bowl with 15 other people from our Sunday school class. We both cheered for the Cardinals as both of our teams have been beaten by the Steelers.
We enjoyed the Doritos ad with the glass ball, and the E-Trade commercial with the two babies. We think we're forgetting some of our favorites.
Last night we went to the Warriors/Spurs game and watched the Spurs win in overtime. Always nice to see the home team, even if it is in when they're on the road!
We're going to go get some sleep before the inevitable 12:30 a.m. constipation call and 3:00 a.m. gun shot wound call (they've become tradition!)
